Beyond organization, we carefully check for potential interactions and monitor dosing to prevent complications that often arise when medications are improperly managed at home.

Personal Care

Rx HomeScripts services are personally guided by Catherine Lawrence, a registered nurse with extensive experience in critical care, hospice, and senior care in independent, assisted living and memory care settings. For the past 17 years, she has been dedicated to helping seniors live healthier, safer lives, and understands how critical proper medication management is to successful aging at home.

This service is offered as a fee-based, client-centered solution for families and seniors who prefer the comfort of their own home while still having the expertise of a licensed nurse overseeing their medication management needs.
