The mission of Rx HomeScripts Medication Management is to ensure the safe administration of medications prescribed to an elderly population who live independently.

This is especially true when clients are taking many medications prescribed by more than one physician. Structured professionally administered medication management assures the family/client understand the medications they are prescribed, proper dosing, and administration.
Our Experience
With over 17 years of dedicated experience as a healthcare professional, including clinical practice in critical care, hospice, and senior living, Catherine Borgo Lawrence, BSN, RN, brings a deep understanding of the unique needs of older adults. Her background in managing care at a leading senior living community highlighted the challenges many seniors face with medication management. This insight inspired the creation of Rx HomeScripts: a service committed to providing professional, compassionate, and affordable in-home medication management. Our goal is to provide peace of mind, enhance safety, reduce stress, and empower seniors to maintain their independence.
